William Kipp

William Kipp is an accomplished professional golfer. Prior to turning professional in 1997, Kipp's amateur golf career included playing NCAA Division I golf for four years at Kansas University, more than a dozen victories in various city and club championships, and three Colorado Golf Association championships. After becoming a professional golfer in 1995, Kipp competed successfully on many professional golf tours including the Prairie Tour and Western States Golf Tour, recording several top-5 finishes on these tours, as well as state open championships, and PGA section events. Kipp has established a number of course records during his competitive career, including a 65 at Lawrence (Kansas) Country Club, and a 62 at Estes Park (Colorado) Golf Club.

A successful and confident golf instructor, Kipp is widely recognized as one of the most knowledgeable and successful teachers in the Rocky Mountain region. He has worked with several current and former NCAA Division I college players, Nationwide and PGA Tour players. Kipp's instructional philosophy and teaching methods are strongly influenced by his personal, teaching, and playing experiences with John Jacobs, Butch Harmon, Jack Nicklaus, Phil Rodgers, and Ken Venturi.

 Kipp has professional experience as a Head Instructor for John Jacobs Golf Schools, as a Director of Instruction for Ken Venturi Golf Academies, and as the owner of Colorado Golf Schools at Estes Park. His instructional philosophy and methods are based on helping each player develop a thorough understanding of impact and ball-flight, and the unique geometry and physics of golf. All instruction is individualized based on each player's physical abilities and swing characteristics. The focus is on helping each player develop more correct and consistent swing mechanics which produce consistently better shotmaking.

William Kipp believes that golf is actually not one game, but five separate and related games. Each player must understand and develop each of the "five games of golf" to play closer to his/her potential:

The Full Swing Game;

The Short Game;

The Putting Game;

The Course Management Game; and

The Mental Game.

William Kipp has utilized his vast experience as a tournament player, teacher, and student of golf to help thousands of players become better golfers.

Isn't it time he helped you
